Newquay vibes 🌊
Sarah is such a gem, treated us like fam! The brekkie was a lekker feast, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Perfect location, we walked everywhere! Plus, Willow the cat was such a sweet addition, made our day!
Only thing was that the cheeky neighbor asked us to move our car—ag man, bit awkward!

The breakfast setup offered a nice selection, which made for a decent start to the day. The property's pet-friendly aspect added a welcoming touch for those traveling with furry companions.
The Triple Room felt cramped for three people, lacking adequate storage for longer stays and leaving the space cold due to insufficient heating, with only one radiator in the room. The skylight created a major disruption, flooding the room with light at dawn. Parking was tight and narrow, unsuitable for larger vehicles, which could be a hassle when maneuvering in and out. interactions with the host could be unsettling, particularly when there was a lack of accommodation for simple requests.

Clean and comfortable room with great shower facilities. I appreciated the little touches, like tea and coffee in the room, along with plenty of biscuits. Each morning started perfectly with a delicious breakfast featuring a range of options. Sarah, the host, radiated warmth, making sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location was a pleasant 10-minute walk along the cliffs to the town and local beaches. Parking, however, presented some challenges. Narrow spots made it tricky to maneuver, especially for larger vehicles.

The location was fantastic, just a stroll away from breathtaking beaches and scenic coastal paths. Sarah's warmth and willingness to help made the stay feel very welcoming. her recommendations for local eateries were spot on. The pet-friendly environment allowed us to enjoy our vacation with our dog, which was a major plus. Breakfast was a highlight, especially with homemade jams that were simply delightful. the lack of variety in breakfast options was somewhat disappointing.
